Launching soon, exclusively through QED42

Drupal native,
not generic.

Point EventHorizon at any Drupal repo and get a visual map of its architecture, performance, security, caching, and config in a single scan. AI is optional and runs on your own key, so nothing you didn't choose ever touches your code.

We'll only email you about EventHorizon. No spam, unsubscribe anytime.

Walk into the kickoff already knowing the platform

Every scan opens with one benchmarkable health score plus codebase stats across functions, services, hooks, and dependencies, and performance and vulnerability treemaps, so the first thing you see is where the project actually stands.

See it in action

Watch EventHorizon read a codebase.

A walkthrough of the app and its capabilities: scanning a Drupal project, exploring the dependency mindmap, and digging into the findings.

From the stage

How EventHorizon was built.

At Oaisys Conf 2025, QED42 presented the story behind EventHorizon: building a Drupal-native analysis suite with AI, and what it surfaces when pointed at real codebases.

One codebase, four jobs

Every Drupal engagement runs the same arc.
EventHorizon turns each stage into a guided, visual workflow.

Inherit the code, audit it, plan the upgrade, then govern quality as it grows. Each stage shows what it costs your team today, and the exact screen that changes it.

01Inherit

Understand an inherited codebase in an afternoon

TodayTaking over a Drupal project means days of spreadsheet archaeology and grep before anyone can decide anything.

The interactive force-directed map shows every custom module, service, hook, and the hubs your platform leans on. A senior engineer onboards without waiting on the one person who remembers why that hook exists.

TodayManual audits eat a sprint, and the findings change depending on who ran them.

50+ Drupal-specific detectors flag the performance, security, caching, and config issues an audit is meant to find. Each detector pins its finding to an exact file and line, identical no matter who runs the scan.

De-risk the upgrade before you touch a line

TodayA major version jump or a module removal is a leap of faith, and one hidden cycle stalls the release.

See the blast radius on screen and every dependency cycle ranked by severity, so you scope migrations with confidence and start the refactor on the riskiest loop, not a guess.

TodayPlatform health is a feeling, and the context that matters lives in one engineer's head.

One benchmarkable health score plus per-function metrics shows where refactoring pays off, and optional grounded chat, on your own key, makes that knowledge queryable, cutting key-person risk across every site.

Benchmarkable health score

By the numbers

The proof behind every stage.

EventHorizon automates the discovery phase of every engagement: onboarding, audits, upgrade planning, and performance triage. Senior engineers spend their time deciding, not digging.

Weeks → hours

Code audits that once took a sprint compress into an afternoon of guided review.

50+ detectors

Catch the performance, security, and caching issues a manual audit takes a week to surface, with results that stay consistent whoever runs the review.

One health score

A single benchmarkable score per codebase, plus per-function metrics, turns platform health into a number you track over time and prove to clients.

Same engine, two worlds

Built for the way agencies and large teams actually work.

Whether you rescue client projects for a living or govern a platform across many sites, EventHorizon removes the discovery grunt-work and hands you a defensible, visual answer. Pick the tab that sounds like your week.

For Drupal agencies

Win the work, then deliver it faster.

  • Win the pitch with a visual audit, not a spreadsheet. Hand a prospect an interactive architecture map and a benchmarkable score, and walk in as the team that already understands their platform.

  • Onboard an inherited project in an afternoon. The dependency map and health score replace days of archaeology, so seniors start deciding on day one.

  • Scope upgrades and migrations with confidence. See the full blast radius of a version jump or a module removal before you commit a number.

  • Deliver the same audit quality on every project. 50+ detectors run identically no matter which engineer runs them, every finding pinned to file and line.

  • Free your seniors from discovery grunt-work. The week-long manual audit compresses into hours, so your most expensive people spend time on the fix, not the find.

Why it's different

Not another scanner. A new way of seeing.

Your code stays yours

Static analysis runs within your engagement, never on a shared public service, and needs no AI to work. Turn AI on only when you want to, with your own key and your own choice of model.

Built for agencies and enterprises

Agencies running audits and inheriting client projects, and enterprises planning upgrades and managing platform risk, get the same deep view: every static rule, metric, and visualisation is built around Drupal hooks, services, config, and caching layers.

Proven in the open

The scanning engine powers our open-source EventHorizon CLI, already used by the Drupal community. The suite takes it from terminal reports to a full visual intelligence platform.

Delivered with experts

EventHorizon comes through QED42's engineering practice, paired with people who have audited, rescued, and scaled Drupal platforms for over a decade.

Under the hood

The engine behind every outcome.

Point EventHorizon at a repository and its built-in static analysis builds a complete picture of the codebase: structure, dependencies, performance hotspots, and security posture. Your team explores it visually, and can layer on AI when it helps.

Dependency mindmaps

An interactive force-directed map of every module, service, and hook in your Drupal codebase. See circular dependencies and upgrade blast radius at a glance.

Performance & security analysis

Dozens of Drupal-specific static rules, caching detectors, and config validation surface the issues that audits exist to find, in minutes instead of weeks.

AI on your own key

When you want it, connect your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic key, choose the model, and ask questions answered from your project with source attribution. Leave it off and every analysis still runs as static analysis.

Beyond code-smell checks

Not a linter. A shared source of truth for the whole team.

A code-smell checker hands one developer a list of warnings in a terminal. EventHorizon turns the same scan into something a developer drills into and a PM or client can read, whether you are benchmarking a greenfield build or de-risking a legacy codebase you inherited.

Dashboards, not warnings

Visual, shareable health and architecture, not a terminal list of lint warnings nobody reads.

PM & client enablement

A high-level view of scores and posture that non-engineers can read, without the code internals.

Greenfield benchmarking

Score a new build against Drupal standards and best practices from the first commit, not just at launch.

Legacy & inherited code

Map, audit, and de-risk the codebase you did not write, where code-smell tools leave you guessing.

EventHorizon dependency mindmap of a Drupal codebase, the developer's deep, code-internal view

For developers & tech leads

Drill from a score into the exact file and line.

  • Dependency and circular-dependency mindmaps across every module, service, and hook.

  • Performance, security, caching, and config findings pinned to file and line.

  • Function-level analysis and code metrics for the refactor that actually pays off.

EventHorizon PM and client view: a project health score, codebase stats, and performance and vulnerability posture, shareable without code detail

For PMs & clients

Read the headline health without wading through code.

  • One benchmarkable health score per codebase, tracked over time.

  • Best-practice posture and risk, in plain language, ready to share in a status update.

  • A defensible answer for scoping, quotes, and go/no-go calls, no code detail required.

From the team

Drupal code intelligence, written down.

The thinking behind EventHorizon, from the engineers who build it: performance and cache tags, Drupal-aware security, dependency graphs, audits, and a code-quality score you can defend.

FAQ

Questions Drupal teams ask us.

What is EventHorizon?

EventHorizon is a code-intelligence suite for Drupal, built by QED42. Point it at a repository and it builds a complete picture of the codebase: interactive dependency mindmaps, performance and security analysis, caching and configuration validation, code metrics, and AI chat grounded in your own project.

Who is EventHorizon for?

Teams that are invested in Drupal: agencies running audits and inheriting client projects, enterprises planning upgrades and managing platform risk, and product companies maintaining Drupal-based products. If your team reviews, rescues, or scales Drupal codebases, EventHorizon was built for you.

How is it different from generic code-analysis tools?

Every rule, metric, and visualisation is built around how Drupal actually works: hooks, services, render arrays, routing, config, and caching layers. Generic linters don't know what a cache-disabled render array or an unguarded Drupal route means; EventHorizon's detectors are written specifically for them.

Is my code safe?

Yes. Static analysis runs within your engagement, never on a shared public service, and your code is never used to train models. If you turn on AI, it's strictly bring-your-own-key, so nothing touches a model you didn't choose.

How does the AI assistance work?

EventHorizon builds a knowledge base from your project and answers questions in plain language with source attribution. You connect your own LLM API key (Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic), choose the model, and each user manages their keys independently.

How does it relate to the open-source EventHorizon CLI?

The scanning engine powers our open-source EventHorizon CLI, which is already used by the Drupal community. The suite builds on that engine and takes it from terminal reports to a full visual intelligence platform.
